BREAKING NEWS: Cobra Video's Bryan Kocis Murdered

WILKES-BARRES, PENN. -- Bryan Charles Kocis, owner of Cobra Video, has been murdered. GAYVN.com is reporting, via The Citizen's Voice newspaper, that Mr. Kocis was initially believed to have perished in a fire that destroyed his Dallas Township home Wednesday night. However, Pennsylvania State police have determined that Mr. Kocis was murdered prior to the blaze, which they believe was intentionally set.

Per the article, Mr. Kocis' body "was badly burned and had to be identified by dental records." GAYVN.com notes that Mr. Kocis died from "multiple stab wounds." Police have no suspects and "are asking for anyone with information about his activities over the past week to call Dallas Township police or State Police." As to Cobra Video, the article states that police "do not know whether the murder is connected with Kocis' pornography business, but they are not ruling it out."

One of gay adult's popular amateur studios, Cobra Video courted controversy as they primarily produced condomless videos. They achieved infamy several years ago when one of their top performers, Brent Corrigan, was revealed to have been underage when he filmed several of his early films. Those titles were immediately pulled from circulation and Cobra Video subsequently initiated legal proceedings against Mr. Corrigan over the use of the "Brent Corrigan" name.

More details are forthcoming.
